The thing Holly loves most about being an engineer is the opportunity to shape the physical world and have a lasting positive impact on the environment.
She is motivated to find environmentally sound, civil engineering solutions to complex challenges and sites, constantly pushing her designs to achieve sustainable outcomes.
Holly is committed to a science-driven and data-driven approach to decision making, and she’s not afraid of asking questions if she feels that approach isn’t being applied. Ultimately, she’s invested in getting the best result.
Holly is working towards becoming a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager (C.WEM), alongside becoming a Chartered Engineer (CEng).
With a focus on managing water safely and sustainably across catchments, Holly has worked on large-scale wastewater infrastructure schemes in the public and private sector, as well as single householder schemes and much in between.
Outside of work, you’ll find Holly spending time outdoors, climbing or wild swimming, particularly if there is the promise of a pint afterwards.
