Land at the Rear of Dunnings Mill, West Sussex

A flood risk assessment, transport statement, drainage and civil works were undertaken by Price & Myers Civil Engineering to support the planning application for 13 new houses on the land at the rear of Dunnings Mill Sport Club. A hydrological analysis was undertaken to calculate the peak flow rates in the watercourse for various storms which were used to prepare the flood maps for the modelled section of the watercourse. The flood maps and levels were used for the preparation of the flood risk assessment.
