Loom, London

A 6m tall sculpture made from elliptically arranged glass blocks. Each layer of the sculpture is rotated by 4.5 degrees to create an overall undulating shape. The glass is bonded with clear epoxy resin. An internal stainless steel spiral structure helps restrain the sculpture's tendancy to twist.
