1-7 Howick Place, London

Nine-storey office and residential building with a basement built on the site of the original Army and Navy store. The office space is kept mostly column-free with longspan cellular beams spanning from the facade to the cores. The building has several step backs requiring transfer structures including a four-storey high vierendeel trussed elevation.
