7 Lothbury, London

The existing building consisted of a six-storey Grade II listed Victorian building opposite the Bank of England. It had many existing alterations as had many different previous uses. The project involved the conversion of the building into apartments, including two mezzanine levels between the ground and first floors and the first and second floors, and a 'sun room' and balcony on the roof.
