80 Pall Mall, London

An existing 1950s Crown Estate building with a Grade I listed façade was refurbished and extended to provide modern offices of 37,000 sq ft. The original 19th Century façade was retained and a courtyard to the rear was partially infilled to create more office space. The stair cores and lifts were also relocated and replaced. We were also commissioned to work on the fit-out for the purchaser of the building.

Completed 2008.
