Avana Bakery, Rogerstone

A phased series of extensions and alterations to an existing bakery to provide 3,000 sq m of new production space with associated delivery docks and external works, and 4,000 sq m of refurbished floor space within the existing steel framed buildings. Works included extensive cut and engineered fill to form a new plateau.
