Capital One, Loxley House, Nottingham

Fast track construction of a new 200,000 sq ft five-storey office block, with a car park in the basement. The super-structure consists of a concrete frame with post tensioned concrete slabs to reduce their thickness and to increase the speed of construction. The elevations are fully glazed curtain walling.
