Coopers Road, London

A 1960s high rise council estate was demolished and replaced by new flats and houses constructed in three phases. Each phase consisted of four new four-storey blocks of houses, flats, and maisonettes each enclosing a landscaped courtyard. The scheme includes rainwater recycling, sustainable urban drainage, central heating plant, and the provision for future installation of photovoltaic cells.
