Jacob's Ladder, Oxfordshire

New build contemporary house set on a steep slope in a forest location in the Chilterns. The house has two storeys, a steel and timber frame, flat roof, clad in glass sheet metal and timber boarding. The front elevation is supported on stilts to overcome the slope. A swimming pool contained within a reinforced concrete box is cantilevered out the front of the house under a canopy of trees.
