Leicester Cathedral's Richard III Project, Leicestershire

Reordering of the Grade II* listed cathedral’s interior in connection with the re-interment of Richard III. The main area of structural work is the replacement of the existing floor in the crossing, sanctuary, chapel and chancel with a new limecrete floor. Alterations to accommodate the archaeology and burials are being dealt with as phased excavations progress.
