Revive Healthy Living Centre, Chaddesden

A new health facility for the local community including a café, medical centre, meeting rooms, artists’ studios, conference rooms and a crèche. The building is steel framed with pre-cast concrete planks, and is brick clad. The partial sedum roof is one of the many sustainable design features. The client also insisted on local labour, measurement of KPI points, use of local recycled materials, and recycled glass for the paving and landscaping.

Completed 2007.
