Slot House, London

The refurbishment of this Victorian semi-detached residence included creating a new double height living space to create a mezzanine effect. To offset the reduction in overall floor space, the internal layouts were reconfigured to free up existing floor space into usable areas. This required new structural frames to create the open plan areas. Within the double height living room, a double-storey 'slot window' was installed to striking effect.

Completed 2015.
