Swiss Church, Endell Street, London

The church was in urgent need of more space for offices and small meetings; and the heating and ventilation of the main worship area needed improvement. The 1950s addition of meeting spaces behind the Grade II listed façade has been rebuilt and two floors have been squeezed into the main volume at this end to provide the facilities needed. Space for services was found at the other end of the church and the ground floor was carefully taken apart and rebuilt above new ducts that provide air for heating and ventilation.

Completed 2010.
