The Spa at Cowley Manor Hotel, Gloucestershire

The refurbishment, alteration and extension of an 18th Century Grade II listed manor house and stable block into a hotel, together with the construction of a new leisure complex in the Grade II listed gardens, which is partly buried into the ground. The leisure complex includes exposed concrete finishes to walls and ceilings, and large frameless glass walls to the swimming pool and exercise studio. Both of these buildings have roofs planted with lavender and grass respectively.
