Kendrew Quadrangle, St John's College, Oxford

Major development of a new quadrangle for St John’s College, Oxford, including student rooms, café, gym, library, party room, music room, archive, and teaching rooms. The work includes a full new basement over the entire plan of the building. A complicated in situ concrete framed structure has been adopted incorporating white precast columns and walls and prefabricated bathroom elevations and feature staircases. The project is constructed close to listed medieval walls, protected trees, and listed buildings.
