Tamlyn has over nine years’ experience as a civil, structural and mechanical engineering technician/draftsperson.
A well-travelled professional, she has worked for several engineering practices in the UK and South Africa.
Having joined Price & Myers in March 2021, she has been instrumental in the development and implantation of three-dimensional, parametric design and drafting technologies in our civil engineering team.
She has also been involved in the production of general arrangement and detail drawings for external works and working with structural engineers in the production of reinforcement details and schedules for a number of reinforced concrete structures.
Tamlyn is particularly adept at developing detailed designs and specifications for drainage systems on new-build residential developments.
As a result of her understanding of both civil and structural engineering disciplines, clear and concise communication are hallmarks of her work.
