We’re hiring Graduate Structural and Civil Engineers to join our London, Oxford, and Bristol offices from Autumn/Winter 2026.

You’ll be encouraged to develop your own ideas, contribute to design discussions, and explore how engineering can respond to architecture, context, and the needs of the people who use our structures.

This approach has led to a higher than average pass rate in the IStructE Chartered Membership Exam, and and many of our engineers pass the ICE Professional Review at their first attempt.

Our offices are centrally located in lively parts of London, Nottingham, Oxford, and Bristol - close to great restaurants, cafés, pubs, shops, and theatres. There’s always something going on nearby, and plenty of opportunities to make the most of city life after hours.
Social Value

We sponsor and support Article 25, a global charity designing and constructing building and other critical infrastructure in the global South. Closer to home, we’ve rolled up our leeves to help design and build a float with friends for the London Pride march.

For undergraduate students, we also offer opportunities to gain practical experience before graduating.
