The Engineers Create exhibition, organised by The Engineering Club, returned this year for its fourth edition. Held at the Candid Arts Trust Gallery in London, the exhibition brings together a mix of models, sketches, drawings, prototypes, and samples from engineers and designers across the industry.
Price & Myers’ model of the Central Hall, National Railway Museum, is featured in the exhibition.
Central Hall forms the new heart of the National Railway Museum in York, linking the site’s historic buildings with a welcoming new entrance, café, and exhibition spaces.
The model captures the structural clarity that defines the building’s character. Timber elements are represented in wood, while steel components are 3D-printed to distinguish materials and structure. Built in three sections, it offers a clear visual summary of how engineering and design come together.
