University College Oxford expansion has received planning permission
5th October, 2020

The University College Oxford new development designed by Níall McLaughlin Architects with Price & Myers and Max Fordham has received planning permission. We are currently working with the rest of the design team towards stage 4.

The scheme, known as Univ North, will provide seven three-storey buildings in Banbury Road, the North Oxford Victorian Suburb Conservation Area.

It will enhance the University College facilities by providing 150 new student bedrooms, accommodation and facilities for undergraduates, postgraduates and early career academics, as well as a nursery.

The expansion will be the largest addition to the college in more than three centuries.
