A new 2,000m² health centre for NHS Frimley Trust, delivered across three storeys in Bracknell. The building brings together primary care and community services within a purpose-built environment shaped around clear patient journeys, efficient clinical workflows and future flexibility.
A full-height central atrium brings natural daylight deep into the building, supporting calm, intuitive circulation throughout.
Tight funding timescales required an accelerated programme, taking the project from inception to contract in just 12 months. Modern methods of construction, including modular construction, were adopted to meet this pace balancing the efficiencies of off-site manufacture with the quality expected of a contemporary healthcare environment.
Developed in close collaboration with clinical stakeholders, the centre is designed to support integrated care for years to come and is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating.
