Robert Nilsson
BEng
Associate

Rob has a passion for designing geometrically interesting complex structures and, as a result of this work, he has a technical proficiency in a wide range of materials and is skilled in parametric modelling and scripting using Grasshopper. He adopts a collaborative approach to his projects, working closely with the Architect or Artist to problem solve and achieve a deceptively simple solution.

One of his greatest achievements while at Price & Myers has been the design of the Pembroke College Footbridge; a highly sculptural pedestrian bridge linking the historic college buildings with the new, the first bridge in Oxford city centre in just under a century, and winner of the IStructE Structural Award for Pedestrian Bridges in 2013.
