Two Price & Myers projects have been shortlisted for the 2026 RIBA Stirling Prize, representing two of the six projects selected this year:
Pembroke Mill Lane with Haworth Tompkins
The Mill Lane project at Pembroke College brings together new student accommodation, teaching spaces and flexible facilities through the careful adaptation of historic buildings alongside contemporary additions. The scheme creates a cohesive environment that supports modern college life while respecting the College's architectural heritage.
House at Fairmead with Sergison Bates architects
House at Fairmead is a carefully crafted home on the edge of Epping Forest, designed around a generous central living space filled with natural light. Built from solid clay blocks and lime plaster, the house combines simple, robust construction with thoughtful spatial design, creating a home that is comfortable, adaptable and closely connected to its landscape.
The winner of the 2026 RIBA Stirling Prize will be announced on 15 October 2026.
